Synapses offers four fiber internet plans: KONEK (5 Mbps at ₱599/mo), KONEK PLUS (10 Mbps at ₱999/mo), KONEK PRO (15 Mbps at ₱1,499/mo), and NEGOSYO (20 Mbps at ₱1,999/mo). All plans include unlimited data with no caps.
How do I sign up for Synapses internet?
Just chat with Bogart, our AI assistant, by clicking the chat bubble at the bottom right and say "I want to apply." You can also call us or visit our office in Brgy. Bugko, Mondragon.
Is there an installation fee?
Yes, there is a one-time installation fee of ₱1,000 for all plans. Your monthly fee starts the following month. For our first 30 customers, enjoy ₱500 OFF — pay only ₱500 for installation!
How soon can I get connected after signing up?
Installation is typically completed within 3-5 business days after your application is approved, depending on your location and network availability.
