3. Billing and Payment

• Monthly charges will be billed in advance.
• Payments must be made by the due date indicated on your monthly statement.
• Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension.
• Reconnection fees may apply after service suspension due to non-payment.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Subscribers agree to use Synapses services lawfully. Prohibited activities include:

• Illegal downloads or distribution of copyrighted material
• Spamming or unsolicited bulk emailing
• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Distribution of harmful or malicious software
• Unauthorized network scanning or attempts to breach network security

5. Service Interruptions

Synapses will make reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted service. However, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or other unforeseen events.

6. Equipment

• Subscribers are responsible for maintaining and safeguarding all provided equipment.
• Damages or loss of equipment provided by Synapses will result in replacement fees.
• Equipment must be returned upon termination of services.

7. Termination

• Subscribers may terminate their service by providing at least 30 days' written notice.
• Early termination may result in applicable fees as outlined in the service agreement.

8. Privacy

Synapses respects your privacy. Personal data is managed according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability Limitation

Synapses shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

10. Amendments

Synapses reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
